Around the Clock Care is a private nursing and home care agency. We understand you can’t always be there 100% of the time or that you may require additional or higher level care. We have the staff who can fill your shoes on occasion, or meet your loved one’s nursing needs.

You will be visited by one of our registered nurses for a no-fee, initial consultation and assessment in your home or hospital room.

Tailored Care Plans

During the initial consultation, we will explain our specialised services and develop a personalised care program tailored to meet your specific needs. Your care plan will be overseen by a registered nurse. As your requirements may vary over time, your care plan will be regularly reviewed and updated.

Our services are available in a range of settings, including your home, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals or hospices.

Our Staff

Our Senior Registered Nurse brings over 30 years experience in clinical care and home nursing. She, together with our Recruitment Specialist, carefully select our staff, who are then trained and progressively upskilled by our Accredited Trainer.

We Come To You

Our services are available in a range of settings, including your home, assisted living facility, nursing home, hospital or hospice. We will customise a care plan to meet your needs. These plans are overseen by a registered nurse.
